Albert Teoh Chin Song

Tan Sri, Dato’ Sri, Datuk, Prof. (Dr.) Albert Teoh Chin Song is an engineer turned health science pioneer. Educated in Penang and holding a Ph.D. in Health Science and a Diploma in Traditional Complementary Medicine, he blends science with compassion. Since the pandemic began, he co-founded NebNex Sdn. Bhd., driving innovations like the food-grade Oxygen (O²) Molecules Environment Sanitizer™ and ENTcov™ Cleansing Spray. A respected academic, inventor, and leader, Tan Sri Albert’s work bridges communities and industries.

Teoh De Zheng

Datuk Seri, Prof. (Dr.) Teoh De Zheng has dedicated over a decade to health science, earning his Ph.D. in recognition of his impactful contributions. As a co-founder of NebNex Sdn. Bhd., he has been pivotal to the company’s growth and success. He played a key role in the development, manufacturing, and distribution of innovative products such as the food-grade Oxygen (O²) Molecules Environment Sanitizer™.
