Accountant

Job Overview:
As an Accountant, you will play a crucial role in managing the company's financial health. You'll be responsible for overseeing accounting transactions, preparing comprehensive audit documents, and managing balance sheets and profit/loss statements.

Responsibilities:

Manage all accounting transactions: Ensure accuracy and compliance with financial regulations.
Publish financial statements on time: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.
Handle closings: Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes efficiently.
Reconcile accounts payable and receivable: Maintain up-to-date records and resolve any discrepancies.
Ensure timely bank payments: Monitor and process payments to vendors and suppliers.
Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements: Provide clear and accurate financial insights.
Provide financial information to management: Research and analyze accounting data to prepare detailed costing reports.
Prepare asset, liability, and capital account entries: Compile and analyze account information meticulously.
Audit financial transactions and documents: Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance and accuracy.
Reinforce financial data confidentiality: Protect sensitive information and conduct database backups when necessary.
Guide accounting clerical staff: Coordinate activities and provide answers to queries to support the team.
Maintain financial security: Follow internal controls rigorously to safeguard company assets.
Prepare payments: Verify documentation and process disbursements efficiently.
Stock controlling: Oversee inventory management to align with financial records.

Qualifications:

Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate or Diploma in Accounting.
Proven experience as an Accountant or in a similar role.
Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in accounting.
Thorough knowledge of accounting principles and procedures.
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g.: MYOB) and MS Office Suite.
Strong attention to detail and excellent analytical skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
Candidate must possess own transport.

Laboratory Researcher

Job Overview:
As a Laboratory Researcher, you will be actively involved in the development and research of product materials, as well as creating new products to advance the research industry. You will conduct various tests and support production operations to ensure quality and efficiency.

Responsibilities:

Perform laboratory testing on incoming chemicals, in-process chemicals, and finished goods.
Conduct incoming chemical testing and support production operations to ensure all process parameters are within control.
Engage in new product development, product improvement, and process improvement.
Carry out required testing for materials and chemicals following strict instructions without deviation or shortcuts.
Ensure that all work activities comply with departmental work instructions.
Maintain cleanliness in the laboratory.
Perform any other tasks as assigned by the superior.

Qualifications:

Male and female candidates.
Candidate must possess at least STPM/A Level/Pre-U in Biotechnology, Science and Technology, or any equivalent field.
Good communication skills in both verbal and written English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Ability to plan, organize, and solve problems effectively.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a Laboratory Researcher.

General Worker

Job Overview:
As a General Worker, you will ensure that products are maintained in good condition, assist in group tasks, and keep the factory environment clean and organized. Your role is crucial in supporting the daily operations and ensuring efficient and effective warehouse management.

Responsibilities:

Maintain stock balance and availability.
Pack goods properly on a daily basis.
Load, unload, and rearrange products as required.
Receive and inspect all incoming goods at the warehouse.
Handle daily receiving, packing, and checking of incoming and outgoing goods.
Practice good housekeeping by storing goods neatly.
Keep the store clean, neat, safe, and organized.
Work effectively in a group setting.
Follow orders from the supervisor and undertake other related jobs as assigned.
Place orders for services, commodities, and other required equipment, and store them at designated locations.
Perform other related tasks as required by management.
Ensure cleanliness of the factory premises.

Qualifications:

Male and female candidates.
Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a general worker.
Basic knowledge of computer operations.
Proficiency in reading, speaking, and writing in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Good interpersonal skills and a willingness to work with people at all levels of the organization.

Security

Job Overview:
As a Security Guard, you will be responsible for maintaining the safety and security of the factory premises. You will follow established procedures for managing external visitors and ensure the safety of employees inside the premises. You will play a key role in safeguarding the company’s property and enforcing security protocols.

Responsibilities:

Ensure the safety of company property and employees as per the Security Standard Operating Procedure (SOP).
Safeguard the company’s assets and ensure the safety of all workers.
Provide comprehensive reports on security matters to the Security Executive, Security Head, or HR Department.
Enforce visitor and contractor procedures when entering the factory premises, in line with the company’s standing orders.
Control and monitor vehicles entering and leaving the premises according to protocols.
Ensure all employees follow company rules and regulations.
Maintain a well-groomed, clean, and professional appearance while on duty.
Participate in safety and health campaigns organized by the company and comply with its Safety & Health rules.
Carry out additional directions given by the company as required.

Qualifications:

Male candidates only.
Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in security services.
Basic computer knowledge.
Ability to read, speak, and write in both Bahasa Malaysia and English.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Good interpersonal skills and a willingness to work with people at all levels of the organization.
